Abstract
David Beck from The Crawford Beck Vineyard (CBV) discusses basic viticulture, decisions made in the growing process, and problems with various pests and diseases in the vineyard. CBV implements sustainable practices in its vineyard and is Salmon-Safe and LIVE certified. Beck discusses the implications of sustainable practices in the wine industry from a data-driven perspective.
