Linfield University offers both a major and minor in wine studies. The program is designed to allow students the opportunity to obtain knowledge about the history, culture, production, business, and appreciation of wine. The curriculum encourages understanding and critical analysis of the cultural, social, and economic significance of wine in Oregon and around the world.

The materials in this collection are intended to be used both in support of the wine studies curriculum and as open educational resources for those outside the Linfield University community.
