Abstract
This interview is an oral history conducted by Linfield College archivist Rich Schmidt with Bertony Faustin of Abbey Creek Vineyard. The interview took place at Abbey Creek Vineyard in North Plains, Oregon on June 4, 2018.
Bertony Faustin is the owner and winemaker at Abbey Creek Vineyard. In this interview, Faustin discusses the challenges of creating a winery from scratch and crafting a wine brand that's unique to who he is. He also talks about the newly released documentary, Red, White & Black: An Oregon Wine Story, and his hopes for the future of the industry.
