Abstract
This interview is an oral history conducted by Linfield College archivist Rich Schmidt with Leah Jorgensen of Leah Jørgensen Cellars. The interview took place at Corkscrew Wine Bar in Portland, Oregon on August 23, 2017.
Leah Jorgensen is the owner and winemaker at Leah Jørgensen Cellars. In this interview, Jorgensen talks about how she got into the wine industry on the East Coast and what drew her to Oregon. She discusses working at Erath Winery and the challenges of starting her own label, as well as what it's like to be a woman in the industry.
