Description

The Spofford Station tasting room resides in the lower level of Lynne Chamberlain's ranch in Milton-Freewater, Oregon. Her work includes winemaking and ranching with specially fed cattle. Chamberlain's Cabernet cows are fed grape pomace, the pulpy leftover matter after the grapes are pressed.
