Abstract

In this newsletter published by Seven Hills Winery, winemaker Casey McClellan shares his thoughts on sustainable farming and management practices, stating they are key factors in the production of quality wine at Seven Hills Winery in Walla Walla, Washington. The newsletter also includes release notes for wines from 2006-2008, recent accolades from Wine Spectator, Wine Enthusiast, and Wine Advocate, an announcement of artwork in the tasting room from Leslie Williams Cain, and information about Spring Release Weekend.
