Abstract

In this newsletter published by Seven Hills Winery, winemaker Casey McClellan reports Seven Hills wines continue to receive recognition, a trend he expects will continue with the 2009 vintage. Additional content in the newsletter includes information on the latest wine releases (2006-2007), a recipe from Hannah McDonald (chef at Walla Walla's Brasserie Four) for Boeuf Bourguignon, and accolades from the current release.
