Plaisance Ranch is in Williams Valley, west of Jacksonville in the Rogue Valley AVA. It has been a working ranch since 1858 and the Ginet family has been making wine since the early 1900s. It is known both for its quality organic beef and its warm climate varietals.
Plaisance Ranch produces Merlot, Mourvedre, Syrah, Cabernet franc and Tempranillo, among other varieties. For more information, please refer to the Plaisance Ranch Winery website.
