This collection of photographs was taken during an oral history interview with Al MacDonald conducted for the Oregon Wine History Archive in June 2015. Al MacDonald is the founder of Seven Springs Vineyard in the Eola-Amity Hills. MacDonald has been a key proponent for wine education and sustainability, beginning the Vineyard Management/Winemaking (now Wine Studies) program at Chemeketa Community College, and he has also been heavily involved in the creation of the LIVE (Low Input Viticulture & Enology) program.
