Description
Phillip DeVito poses with his first three Wine Spectator Grand Awards, awarded from 1983-1985. DeVito won this award on behalf of his work at Salishan Lodge in Gleneden Beach, Oregon every year until his retirement in 1994. He was the maître d’hôtel and cellar master for the fine dining and wine program at Salishan for 22 years.
