Oral History Interviews: Brooks Winery

An oral history interview gathers and preserves the memories and voices of participants in important historical events. This collection contains oral history interviews from individuals associated with Brooks Winery.

In 2018, Brooks Winery celebrated its 20th year. When founder Jimi Brooks – a Linfield alumnus – unexpectedly passed away in September of 2004, a group of his wine industry friends graciously came forward and donated their time and energy to complete that harvest in Brooks’s style. Most of the interviews in this collection were conducted with the individuals in the Oregon wine industry who helped keep Brooks Winery afloat after Jimi's death.
