Description
This experiment is working on answering the best way to cool off a hot cup of coffee. To get an answer to this question, we will be directing a stream of gas at different angles above parallel onto the surface of water that has been brought up to a boil. Evaporation and convection heat values will be calculated and analyzed to compare the cooling rates of each angle that has been tested.
