A bird perching on a rosebush at Freedom Hill Vineyard in Dallas, Oregon is photographed during an oral history interview with Dan and Helen Dusschee on June 29, 2018. The Dusschees were interviewed by Linfield College archivist Rich Schmidt.

Dan and Helen Dusschee are the owners and operators of Freedom Hill Vineyard, which provides fruit to wineries in Oregon and Washington that produce single-vineyard and blended wines.
