Blaine Nisson is photographed during an oral history interview at the Jereld R. Nicholson Library at Linfield College in McMinnville, Oregon on June 27, 2013. Nisson was interviewed by Linfield College archivist Rachael Cristine Woody.
Blaine Nisson is the former Director of Umpqua Community College (UCC). During his time at UCC, Nisson was involved in the creation of the Southern Oregon Wine Institute.
