Viticulture and Oenology
Part of Spofford Station's business includes the production of Cabernet cows. Cattle are fed grape skins from Cabernet Sauvignon produced at Spofford Station winery in Milton-Freewater, Oregon. When the "pre-marinated" cattle are sold to restaurants, they are infused with more Cabernet to produce a unique and delicious flavor.
