Abstract

This newsletter published by Seven Hills Winery includes winemaker Casey McClellan's thoughts on the use of language to describe wine and ensure correct context for wine drinkers. At Seven Hills Winery in Walla Walla, Washington, special attention is paid towards the use of "reserve" to indicate, as the winery sees it, wines of the highest quality available to vintage and house standards. The newsletter, featuring photographs by Colby Kuschatka, also includes release notes for red and white wines (2005-2007) and information about the Spring Release Weekend.
