Abstract

This newsletter (Letter No. 3) from Seven Hills Winery confirms the October 2000 harvest is the largest crush to date for Seven Hills Winery. The newsletter goes on to state the October 2000 crush was the first to be done in the new Whitehouse-Crawford Building and the first to be done by Seven Hills as a Washington winery. Further content includes information about new and current wine releases from 1998-1999, information about the Holiday Barrel Tasting event in December of 2000, and an order form.
