Abstract
This newsletter (No. 5) from Seven Hills Winery describes an intensive and fast-paced vintage for their second year in the Whitehouse-Crawford Building. Winemaker Casey McClellan notes that consistent summer temperatures provided ideal conditions for optimal grape maturation. Further newsletter content includes information for new and current wine releases from 1999, the Fifth Annual Holiday Barrel Tasting event, an order form for both red and white wines (1997-2000), reviews of Seven Hills wines, and congratulations to neighboring business the Whitehouse-Crawford Restaurant.
