Abstract
This interview is with Allen Holstein, who has been involved in multiple vineyards over the years and is currently the president of Holstein Vineyards, established in 1984. Holstein discusses the qualities of different Pinot Noirs, learning from his mistakes, and experiences from his time in the industry.
