Viticulture and Oenology
This presentation was given during one of the 2009 meetings for LIVE (Low Input Viticulture & Enology). The presentation covers the history of the Salmon-Safe program, provides future marketing ideas, use of the logo, partnering with retailers to sell sustainable wine, and discussion of expanding the program to more wineries.
