Abstract

Rusty Gaffney gives an overview of Oregon's Pinot Noir in this article from his "Prince of Pinot" blog, volume 9, issue 15. Oregon has made a number of important contributions to the success of Pinot Noir, including strict labeling standards, sustainability, use of vertical trellising, and emphasis on matching variety to climate.
