Description

Dick and Betty O'Brien, owners of Elton Vineyards, talk and laugh with Rich Schmidt from the Linfield College Archives before conducting an oral history interview. The O'Briens operated Elton Vineyards from 1983 until 2007 and live adjacent to the vineyard property in Salem, Oregon. The interview was conducted on their back deck and focused on the history of the property and the vineyard, as well as the O'Briens' memories of and thoughts about the Oregon wine industry.
