Description
Phillip DeVito serves wine to Salishan Lodge general manager Pierre Alarco and his wife Patricia Alarco in the Salishan dining room. DeVito served as the maître d’hôtel and cellar master for the fine dining and wine program at Salishan for 22 years, starting in 1972.
