Description
Phillip DeVito studies the wine list from Sparks Steak House, a fellow Wine Spectator award-winner. DeVito won 12 consecutive Wine Spectator Grand Awards from 1983-1994 when he was the maître d'hôtel and cellar master for the fine dining and wine program at Salishan Lodge in Gleneden Beach, Oregon.
