Abstract

This display presents an overview of Phillip DeVito's collection, complete with medals, awards, photographs, and documents. DeVito was the maître d’hôtel and cellar master for the fine dining and wine program from 1972 to 1994 at Salishan Lodge in Gleneden Beach, Oregon, where he built an award-winning wine collection.
