Dr. Charles U. Walker, president of Linfield College from 1975-1992, is pictured three years into his tenure. As a progressive leader and champion of community involvement, international engagement, and the liberal arts experience, Dr. Walker greatly facilitated the growth and renovation of Linfield's McMinnville and Portland campuses, as well as Linfield's educational reach.
