Abstract
In episode 089 of crisscrossing Science, Mike Crosser (professor of physics at Linfield University) and Chad Tillberg (professor of biology at Linfield University) discussed biological clocks, including how we know when to sleep and how this developed biologically. In honor of Tillberg's recent lack of sleep thanks to his new baby, Crosser recorded a new introduction to the episode for this encore presentation.
