Description
Phillip DeVito holds the phone to his ear in a photograph from his early restaurant days working in Portland, Oregon. DeVito went on to be the maître d’hôtel and cellar master for the fine dining and wine program at Salishan Lodge in Gleneden Beach, Oregon, where he built a world-renowned wine cellar.
