Description
This study attempts to find the best explanation for individual NBA games outcomes. Using econometric regression analysis, the research shows a methodology for predicting whether a team covers the spread in any given game. The focus is the betting market of professional basketball, as sports betting continues to garner momentum in North America. The purpose of the research is income maximization.
