Description
This project looks at food insecurity—when people don’t have enough reliable access to food and how it affects college students. Many students struggle to afford enough to eat while also paying for school and living costs. By with the Linfield Food Pantry, I saw how important these services are in helping students meet their basic needs. This presentation shares what I learned from working at the pantry, talks about why food insecurity is a growing issue on college campuses, and shows how student run programs can make a real difference. My goal is to raise awareness and encourage more support for students who are facing hunger.
