Description
Two differing viticulture techniques, biodynamic and sustainable, were looked at to see if they had an effect on the microbiome of Pinot Noir grapes within the Willamette Valley. Vineyards of each viticulture technique were chosen within the same AVA for comparison. Pinot Noir grapes were then extracted for DNA and sequenced to see if there were any significant differences in the microbiomes. Results are discussed.
