We investigated how change in plant community composition and vegetative structure brought about by annual grass-specific herbicide application affects terrestrial arthropod communities, with special emphasis on the potential mutualists of endangered Fender's blue butterfly, Plebejus icarioides fender (Family: Lycaenidae).
