Description
As part of a grant from the James S. Kemper Foundation and the Keck Foundation, students participated in a year-long experience focusing on the wine industry. This study examines the similarities and differences between the Oregon and Burgundian wine industries. We examine the history, marketing, and terminology used in each of the pinot noir-growing regions, drawing on field experience during the summer of 2013 and January 2014, in Oregon and the Burgundy region of France.
