Katherine Cole is photographed during an oral history interview at her home in Portland, Oregon on August 16, 2017. Cole was interviewed by Linfield College Archives staff Stephanie Hofmann. Also in attendance was Linfield College archivist Rich Schmidt.

Katherine Cole is a wine writer who has authored four books on wine. For thirteen years, she was the wine columnist for The Oregonian newspaper. Cole is also the host and executive producer of the food-and-beverage podcast The Four Top and is a contributing editor at SevenFifty Daily, an online beverage publication.
