Volume 12, Number 3 (2016) Winter 2016
Athletics has a rich history at Linfield. Student-athletes make up about one-third of the student body on the McMinnville Campus. They are competitive on the field and in the classroom and are engaged and active members of the campus community. In this issue, we take a look at the athletic program and four students who provide their own reasons for coming to Linfield. In addition, we feature a faculty member whose interest in helping students succeed resulted in the use of cartoons. Also, a student shares her January Term experience and a faculty member offers tips on using social media. Students and alumni answer the question, “Is Shakespeare still relevant?” In the classroom and on the field, there are thousands of stories at Linfield. We look forward to sharing more.
