This interview is an oral history conducted by Linfield College archivist Rachael Cristine Woody with Mike and Drenda Bayliss of Ghost Hill Cellars. The interview took place at Ghost Hill Cellars on May 5, 2016.
Mike and Drenda Bayliss are the owners of Ghost Hill Cellars. In this interview, they discuss their start in the industry, making wine for the first time, and how their winery got its name.
