Abstract
These meeting minutes list individuals in attendance and missing from the May 21, 2013 Oregon Wine Board (OWB) meeting, held at Davis Wright Tremaine in Portland, Oregon. The research committee provided an update, and the Oregon Wine Research Institute (OWRI) 2.1 was discussed at length. Dai Crisp and Chad Vargas reported on their trip to Washington, D.C. on behalf of the Northwest Center for Small Fruits Research, and the Board discussed a grant request from Low-Input Viticulture and Enology (LIVE). Other topics included the marketing/communications plan and budget, a financial review, and new business. The meeting lasted 4 hours 5 minutes, including a break for lunch.
