Abstract
These meeting minutes list individuals in attendance and missing from the July 31, 2014 Oregon Wine Board (OWB) meeting, held at Blue Mountain Community College in Milton-Freewater, Oregon. Reports were given from the finance, marketing, communications, and education committees. The Board also discussed the administrative rules for the Oregon Certified Sustainable Wine (OCSW) program. The meeting lasted 2 hours 3 minutes.
