Abstract

"A stalwart of Oregon wine retires from Maitre d' career," the cover story of the August 1994 edition of Oregon Wine Press, spotlighted Phillip DeVito, who was retiring after a long career in the Oregon wine industry. DeVito finished his career by working at Salishan Lodge in Gleneden Beach, Oregon for 22 years, building an award-winning wine collection.
