Abstract

This plaque was given to Phillip DeVito after he served as a judge of cabernet sauvignon at the Reno Wine Adventure V national wine competition at Harrah's Casino in Reno, Nevada. DeVito was the maître d’hôtel and cellar master for the fine dining and wine program at Salishan Lodge in Gleneden Beach, Oregon for 22 years.
