Abstract

This framed symbol of Confrerie de la Chaine des Rotisseurs was displayed at Salishan Lodge to signify Phillip DeVito's level of professional expertise. The Confrerie de la Chaine des Rotisseurs is an international food and wine society dedicated to fine cuisine and table art. DeVito was the maître d’hôtel and cellar master for the fine dining and wine program at Salishan (in Gleneden Beach, Oregon) from 1972 to 1994.
