This project is a public relations campaign for Wheels N Time, a private transportation service in McMinnville, Oregon, owned and operated by Carolyn Smithrud. Wheels N Time was established in September 2015 with the goal of providing private transportation for individuals who are visiting Yamhill County as well as individuals who live in McMinnville. The PR plan focuses on increasing awareness of this business among Yamhill County residents and individuals who visit the area. This project includes a written public relations campaign plan for Wheels N Time with a situation analysis, objectives, strategies and tactics that are currently being implemented by the client.
