Abstract
These meeting minutes list individuals in attendance and missing from the "Special" September 18, 2013 Oregon Wine Board (OWB) meeting. The purpose of the meeting, which was conducted via teleconference, was to address the 2014-2015 research committee request for applications (RFA). The meeting lasted 5 minutes.
