Abstract
Jason Stoller Smith, executive chef at Timberline Lodge in Government Camp, Oregon, is interviewed as part of the documentary film project The Pinot Chronicles: 25 Years of Oregon's International Pinot Noir Celebration. The film explores the history of the International Pinot Noir Celebration, held each year at Linfield College in McMinnville, Oregon.
