Description
Phillip DeVito receives the Al C. Giusti "Caviste" medallion at a Chefs de Cuisine event in Portland, Oregon. DeVito was a noted Portland-area sommelier before becoming the maître d’hôtel and cellar master for the fine dining and wine program at Salishan Lodge in Gleneden Beach, Oregon from 1972-1994.
