Description

This presentation serves as a sample of my Creative Writing Thesis, Reflection, in which I explore the ways in which reality and truth hinge on identity. Who we are and our impressions of others may feel solid, but they are easily challenged and sometimes broken, altering our own understanding of the world.

Reflection deals with characters who are forced to defend their identities or come to terms with the identity of another which has changed. The pieces in my thesis also push the reader or audience to reflect on their own identity and understanding of the world and the people in it.
