Welcome to Penobska Prefecture! Next week is the grand public unveiling of Prefect Bozeman's long-awaited Penobska Diorama, a thirty foot by thirty foot scale, 3-D model of our great Prefecture! The ribbon ceremony at 4PM will be followed by a brief speech by Prefect Bozeman, unless, of course, that psychic salamander named Tap doesn't fiddle with anything, not to mention those legions of frothing, bristling porcupines just outside the Prefecture's security fence, or the increasingly despondent youth here in Penobska...uh...refreshments and snacks will be served throughout the event, so come one come all!
