This study will design and create an individualized, web-based nutritional education program that will be delivered to parents of randomly selected elementary children that participate in free or reduced-price lunch programs. Initial and follow-up height and weight measurements will be taken in order to calculate body mass index at 1 month, 3 months, 6 months and 1 year to determine if there is a change in the incidence of childhood obesity. An overall decline in the children’s BMI is expected.
