Abstract
Dr. Jay Odenbaugh (associate professor of philosophy at Lewis & Clark College) discusses different types of climate skepticism and the evidence for anthropogenic climate change along with some common arguments against it. He considers the role of consensus and dissent in science and recent discussion of the book Merchants of Doubt and Climategate.
