Pascal Brooks is photographed during an oral history interview at Brooks Winery in Amity, Oregon on September 25, 2017. Brooks was interviewed by Linfield College Archives staff Stephanie Hofmann.

Pascal Brooks is the owner of Brooks Winery, having inherited the business upon his father's death in 2004. His story was featured in the 2014 documentary, American Wine Story.
